On December 26th, 2014 His Excellency, the Right Honourable David Johnston, Governor General of Canada, announced that Dr. CC (Chuck) Daellenbach has been named a Member of the Order of Canada. The Order of Canada, the country’s highest civilian honour, was established in 1967 to recognize outstanding achievement, dedication to community and service to the nation. This appointment comes in recognition of Chuck’s lifetime work as Canadian Brass co-founder, performer, mentor and entrepreneur.
